Peter and Margot
The series Peter and Margot (2020) explores interspecies relationships by characterising the connectivity between Margaret Lovatt, a volunteer naturalist, who lived with a bottle nose dolphin named Peter in a partially submerged house. As Margaret tried to teach Peter to speak English, their relationship grew closer and more sensuous. This series of mono prints, drawings and collage depicts dreams Peter may have had of Margaret in such extraordinary circumstances.
